- The Empire Direct Vent Gas Fireplace Loft comes in two sizes - 25" (Small) and 33" (Medium).
- Direct Vent Gas Fireplace Loft installs only as fireplace (not fireplace insert).
- Ceramic glass: 13 7/16" x 28 1/4".
- Framing 35 1/4" H x 32" W x 22 3/4" D.
- Fuel type is Natural Gas or Propane (conversion kits also available).
- Venting 4 x 6 5/8 Top Vent Only, 24-in min. rise before horizontal.
